Value- and leadership-based recruitment of executives
The successful performance of a manager depends not only on his or her professional leadership and management competence but also on the fit of his or her personality with the culture and the people involved, This applies in particular to family businesses in which the shareholders still play an active role. Since the recruitment and assessment of executives is one of our core tasks, we place particular emphasis on adapting it to the cultural
and personnel framework of the company and also use instruments from personality inventories in our interview technique, in order to ensure sustainable success.
Evaluation of executives
The evaluation captures the leadership and management skills of the leader as well as his values framework, professional competence and motivation. Through standardized individual interviews with the leadership team, we determine the leadership and cultural profile and the perceived attitude of the organization in order to be able to formulate targeted development recommendations for the individual leader and the team.
Leadership development
