Parodi & Associates is a consulting firm specialized in optimizing the performance of management bodies in family and value-oriented companies. Our services focus on leadership, value orientation and the shaping of corporate culture as essential elements of corporate success.

We are ”Mittelstand”. Like hardly any other consulting firm, we are familiar with the individuality and behavior of family businesses and their shareholders – from those in the founding generation to corporate-like structures.
In close partnership with our clients, it is our goal to strengthen the economic success of their companies in the long term through our holistic consulting services – taking into account their strategic requirements and social framework conditions.
The foundation of our work is the many years of practical and academic experience of our consultants. Our clients include well-known family and value-oriented companies of national and global significance from the service, consumer goods and supplier industries.

We serve clients in German-speaking and European countries as well as in the most important economic centers of the world from our headquarters in Düsseldorf and through accredited local partners.

Experience

The consultants of Parodi & Associates see themselves as a team – and the characteristic of this team is its broad portfolio of competencies. All consultants have many years of practical experience in corporate management, human resources or in the management of a functional area, which they have acquired in renowned companies. This team combines industry expertise from the service, consumer goods and supplier industries. Internationality and multilingualism round off the profiles of most of our consultants. We are particularly proud of our young employees, most of whom joined us for an internship or dual training and are now successfully involved in our project management.

Franco Parodi

Franco A. Parodi, founder of Parodi & Associates, has international experience in executive search and evaluation of executives since 1993. After graduating in business administration from the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg, he gained extensive knowledge as a Managing Director as well as in project, change and integration management in Germany, Italy, France and the UK.

As a partner at Heidrick & Struggles Europe, Franco A. Parodi held various management positions in Germany and Europe, including Practice Coordinator for Central Europe and Office Manager in Düsseldorf. He is part of the team that has led Heidrick & Struggles to become the leading executive search firm in Germany. As a consultant, he will accompany renowned board appointments in DAX companies and leading cooperatives.

Since founding Parodi & Associates in 2007, Franco A. Parodi has advised shareholders, supervisory boards and advisory boards of family and value-oriented companies on all issues relating to external management succession, the professionalization of management teams, overcoming obstacles to growth due to a lack of leadership or a lack of cohesion in management, as well as the transition from family business to family group. For many years he has also been active in committee work, including as a member of both the D-A-CH and the Europe & Africa Council of the AESC (Association of Executive Search Consultants), the only global professional association for executive search and leadership service companies.
